Written shortly following the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings in April of 2013, Graham Byrne wrote the song 'Standing Tall'. Acting as a response to the many messages of doubt being thrown across the country at the time, Graham wrote 'Standing Tall' to send a message of hope for a better tomorrow. That after even the most violent of hits we take, we can all stand together as a unit and fight back;
That "No Matter How Far We Fall, Love Will Keep Us Standing Tall."
Recorded in January-April of 2014 ~ in Saint Paul, Minnesota and
Chicago, Illinois
All tracks were recorded in the McKern Studio Complex at McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, Minnesota except for:
-Lead Vocals recorded in Chicago, IL
-Electric Rhythm Guitar recorded at ByrneOut Production Studios in Saint Paul, Minnesota
At first we thought we'd seen it all
When we saw the towers fall
Then we thought we'd seen the end of pain
Till a dark mind makes a dark night a monument to rage
Picture all the little boys and girls
Smiling faces, not a care in the world
Their lives are cut short like a string
When will be the end to all these things?
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
Everybody's running towards somebody else
New England tries their best to help
How do we deal with all these things at home?
Maybe it'll help if we have a little hope
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
No matter how far we fall, love will keep us standing tall...
